Vasotech has received research grants for Phase I and Phase II testing of its drug eluting stents for maintaining superior arterial blood transmission, by reducing the amount of growth and swelling around the implanted stent scaffolding. The company has been incubated at the UMass “M2D2” Center, and is doing its testing at Harvard.
