SERVICES BRIEF
Management Consulting: We assist management to establish plans,
programs, and projects designed to bring about the realization of their objectives. Additionally, the key products and statistics that the
enterprise needs to monitor are identified, and appropriate tracking systems put in place. In short, we enable our clients to align all of their company's
activities so that everyone's energies are aimed in the same positive direction.
Sales Force Recruitment, Training, and Administration:
Needless to say it is vital for a company to attract excellent sales talent, to train these individuals so that they can be successful, and to put into place proper
sales administrative tools. We assist firms in all of these areas, and have had excellent success as well in "de-bugging" areas where sales have not met
expectations. Often it comes down to getting sales people into the right mode of operation, to eliminate their bad habits, and to replace these with
skills that consistently result in closes. Specific workshops and seminars have also been developed for this purpose.
Marketing:
The BCG staff helps clients to identify their target markets - to specifically recognize those individuals and/or companies for whom their
products have been developed. We then put together surveys that uncover exactly what these targeted publics really need, what problems they need to
solve, and the terminology that should be used to accurately describes these different points. This data of course tells our clients what products their
publics really want, and why. Once this has been accomplished we do what is known as a "positioning survey" which identifies how the product or products
should be presented, what they should be compared to in either a positive or negative fashion i.e. "7up the UnCola" or "Avis, we're #2 - we try harder,"
and what the public perception is of products, services, facilities, or situations that they feel are successful or indicative of success.
Staff Optimization - Solving the problem of Human Resources: This has been an especially satisfying area of activity for us since it involves making
people happier and more productive at their jobs. Believe it or not this can be accomplished! The way we assist our clients to do this is by helping them to do the following:
A. Set up an organizational chart which encompasses all of the firms activities and operational areas B. Determine the products that each area and employee produce which are
valuable to the company C. Figure a measurable statistic for each product determined in "B" above D. Track these statistics so that successful and unsuccessful areas and
staff can be identified E. Establish systems for rewarding success and for correcting non-success
Business Turnaround:
We look forward to the challenge of turning around a company in difficulty, and our approach is to find the point at which the
firm had previously been doing well. We then investigate to discover what change took place that then altered that condition. Handling this
abandonment of past successful actions has been very productive for our clients, and following that up we then work with them on the strategies
presented above. The goal is to put the company on a solid and workable organizational footing, making the success of future operations quite predictable.
